Homeless - 11.18.2006
Every day after work I drive under he downtown connector in Atlanta right near Grady Hospital. Every day I see homeless men and woman huddled together for heat. Today I saw a mean laying down next to his wheelchair. He was probably just discharged from Grady with rotting diabetic feet. Its a sad situation that I bear witness to every day. The following picture is not a picture of the homeless under the freeway, rather, its a picture of people camped outside a Best Buy waiting to purchase a Play Station 3.

I didn't vote in the last election because the Republicans are assholes and the Democrats are cowards. Now that the Democrats have won, I'm left wondering what will happen next, which is why the lead into an article in the Revolution Paper seemed poignant.
